Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Non-returnable items: Custom-made or personalized products Items marked as “Final Sale” Used or opened products (for hygiene or safety reasons)
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return process

Ship the product back to the address provided.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Refund exceptions:
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We may issue partial refunds for items not returned in original condition or missing parts.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us again.
